Marking and Packing

 

Roll
Each roll has its own original Lot No. and its specification stamped with ink which has no position on the margin side of the roll. The loss end of the film is held in place by adhesive tape.

There shall be the following description on the label.

Vacuum Packing
Each stacked pair is separated by plastic foam order to protect the electrode side. The piled rolls are packed in plastic bags with damp proof. After removal of the air, the bags are heat sealed.
 
Carton Box
The plastic bags are packed into carton box.
 
Outer Packing For Sea Freight
The carton boxes are put into wooden pallet and palletized with outcase for sea shipment.

 

Storage Conditions and Warranty Period

 

Storage Conditions

All types of metallzed films which made by nuinTek should be stored in nuinTek's original packing and kept from vibration and direct sunshine. Temperature and humidity should be maintained for 15~25℃ and 65% RH respectively. Note that since a thin metallized layer is likely to be easily oxidized in the presence of moisture, the rolls shall be used as soon as possible following of the package.

 

Warranty period

nuinTek gurantees the quality of all types of metallized film made by nuinTek for six months following the shipment date from Korea provided that the rolls are unopened, in their original packing, and stored as described in section Storage Conditions.

 

Ordering Guide

All metallized film of nuinTek's type shall be represented in the following format. Type, thickness(μm) x Slit width(mm) x Free Margin(mm), Resistance, Outside Diameter. Ex : PAS-D, 5μm x 30mm x 2mm, 2.0 Ω/□ ,180 Φ
